How do I exchange a print?

If you need to exchange a print, please return the item in excellent condition via FedEx or UPS. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange, and the customer will cover the cost of shipping for the new item.

How do I return my order?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in excellent condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs once we receive the item and confirm it is in resellable condition. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Most U.S. ground shipments arrive within 3 business days, so you can expect delivery within approximately 8 business days or less from the time of order placement.

Can I order a different color frame?

Yes, custom frames are available for an additional charge and require 3–5 additional business days for processing. For frame options, visit Picture & Frame or contact our customer service team at 1-800-949-7274 for details.

Can I drop ship multiple pieces to different locations?

Yes! You can specify multiple shipping addresses in the Customer Comments field at checkout or call 1-800-949-7274 for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. If you have questions about a specific location, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

How much time do you need for large orders?

We can accommodate large orders, but we recommend providing as much lead time as possible. Ideally, please place your order 7–14 days before your required delivery date to allow for production and shipping.

Can my order ship today?

Yes, same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 2 PM CST, but you must select an expedited shipping option at checkout to ensure same-day processing.

I’m sending a gift. Is pricing information included in the shipment?

Yes, we typically include a retail information sheet with pricing in all orders. However, if you’d like your order to be sent without pricing details, simply add a note in the Customer Comments field at checkout, and we’ll ensure no pricing information is included.

Will my personal information be kept private?

How much does an item cost, and what is the turnaround time?

Pricing varies based on the item purchased. The standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Are items in stock?

Yes, all items displayed on our website are available for purchase. However, please note that each item is made to order, so allow time for both production and shipping.

Can I reset my password?

Yes! Follow these steps to reset your password:

  2. Under “Login,” select “Lost Your Password?”
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions provided.
  5. On the reset page, enter a new password and confirm it by entering it again. Ensure both entries match exactly before saving.
  6. Once saved, you can log in using your new password.

 

Note: You do not need to enter your old password during this process. As long as the email address you provide matches the one on your account, you’ll be able to reset your password without any issues.
